摘要： This invention relates to a machine for manufacturing filled up molded products consisting generally of a filling unit adapted to introduce a non-solid material from a filling up nozzie into an elastic filled up mold having an opened bagshaped filled up portion, a solidification unit adapted to harden this material in the elastic filled up mold, and a withdrawal unit adapted to pull out the hardened packed material from the filled up portion of the elastic filied up mold, wherein the solidification unit is provided in its packed material semihardening position with a suction nozzle for sucking out the non-solid packed material from the interior of the elastic filled up mold. According to the present invention, a filled up mold consisting of an elastic filled up mold having an opened bag-shaped filled up portion is used, so that a filled up molded product with no split lines can be manufactured.

摘要： This machine consists of a filling up unit for introducing a non-solid material in an elastic filled up mold having an opened bag-shaped filled up cavity, a solidifying unit for hardening the packed material in the elastic filled up mold, and a withdrawal unit for withdrawing the solidified packed material from the cavity in the elastic filled up mold, said withdrawal unit being composed of a means for vacuum-sucking a molding product, and a vacuum chamber for expanding the elastic mold. Since the elastic mold is expanded in the vacuum chamber, the separation of the molding product from the elastic mold can be carried out reliably. Moreover, the molding product can be withdrawn without being damaged by the vacuum suction means.

摘要： This machine as a whole consists of a filling up unit for introducing a non-solid material in an elastic filled up mold through a filling up nozzle. said mold being provided with an opened bag-shaped filled up cavity; a solidifying unit for hardening the packed materiai in the elastic filled up mold; and a withdrawal unit for withdrawing the solidified packed material from the cavity in the elastic filed up mold a smoothing unit for swinging the elastic mold with a material packed therein, to smooth the surface of the packed material being additionally provided. The smoothing unit may consist of an air nozzle or a press-contact member. The smoothing unit additionally provided serves to smooth the bottom surface of a molding product. This enables the stability of the molding product to be improved.
