摘要:
The present invention provides a leg product that feels cool and pleasant during both wearing and exercising. This leg product comprising a tubular knitted fabric, in which the entire course of a leg part is knitted in a jersey stitch by using coated elastic yarns comprising elastic yarns and synthetic fibers, is characterized in that: the wale number in the circumferential direction is 340-400 wale; the size ratio is 1.10-1.40, as calculated using the following equation (1): size ratio = (width-direction elongation under a load of 3 kg at a position 1/4 from a crotch portion of the leg part) / (width-direction elongation under a load of 3 kg at a position 3/4 from a crotch portion of the leg part); and the stress ratio is 0.35-0.60, as calculated using the following equation (2): stress ratio = stress (N) of backward path at the 50% point) / (stress (N) of forward path at the 50% point), where the stress of a forward path and the stress of a backward path are measured at the 50% point of the third repetition of an elongation/contraction process that is repeated three times, said elongation/contraction process involving elongating the knitted fabric up to 80% in the radial direction at the 1/2 position from the crotch portion of the leg part, and then returning the knitted fabric to the original length thereof.

A two-way warp knitted fabric which is a knitted fabric having a warp knitted fabric construction formed by knitting a polytrimethylene terephthalate yarn in the front and an elastic yarn in the back and which has a knitted fabric density ratio from 1.55 to 2.35 calculated by the following formula: knitted fabric density ratio = [(number of courses)/2.54 cm]/[(number of wales)/2.54 cm] The knitted fabric is a stretchable knitted fabric material for clothing in which curl formation is suppressed, which gives a soft feeling, and which does not yellow.

Provided is a warp-knitted fabric having superior stretchability and feeling of coolness when worn and that can be cut and released without cut part of the knitted fabric curling. The warp-knitted fabric is knitted using synthetic fiber derived from a first reed, cellulose fiber derived from a second reed, and elastic yarn derived from a third reed and is characterized in that the proportion of the number of crossing points where the sinker loops of the synthetic fiber going across wales present in one complete course forming the warp-knitted fabric and the sinker loops of the elastic yarn to the number of sinker loops for the synthetic fiber going across the wales present in the one complete course is 50% or less.

An elastic knitted fabric comprising an elastic yarn and a non-elastic yarn, the elastic knitted fabric being characterized in that: the elastic yarn content is 20-60 g/m 2 ; when the knitted fabric is stretched to 80% and then returned to the original length and the forward-movement stress and the return-movement stress at the 50% point during the stretching and contracting are measured, the stress ratio measured using the following relationship: stress ratio = (return-movement stress (N) at the 50% point)/(forward-movement stress (N) at the 50% point) is 0.40-0.80; and the instantaneous temperature rise caused by heat generation during stretching in the warp and/or weft direction is at least 1.0°C.

摘要:
A stretchable raschel-type warp knit fabric is provided, which is formed of a ground structure of polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber combined with elastomeric fiber laid in, wherein the knit fabric has a number of courses in a range from 100 to 200 courses per 2.54 cm, and a product of the number of courses and the number of wales per 2.54 cm in a range from 4,000 to 8,000. This knit fabric is free from yellowing, is soft in touch as well being as free from the generation of grinning and is suitably used for elastic wear because of its excellent heat-moldability.
