摘要： A diode comprising a first and a second electrode; a semiconducting layer comprising semiconducting particles at least partly embedded in a mixture of glycerol and cellulose based material, wherein said cellulose based material is nano-fibrillated cellulose (NFC); wherein said first and second electrodes and said semiconductor layer are at least partially stacked on top of each other in a first direction; wherein the amount of glycerol present in the semiconducting layer is in the range of 5 wt% to 75 wt%, and the amount of nano-fibrillated cellulose (NFC) present in the semiconducting layer is in the range of 10 wt % to 50 wt%; as well as a method of producing the same.
