    摘要： A method is provided of detecting a fault in a base station among a group of neighbouring base stations. The method comprises a first base station detecting possible faulty operation of a base station (b); the first base station instructing other base stations that are neighbours of the base station detected as possibly faulty to monitor that base station and to report whether they also detect the fault (d); upon at least one of said neighbours also detecting the fault and so reporting, the first base station deciding that the fault is confirmed (e).
