摘要： The present invention relates to a device for closing a left atrial appendage comprising: an elongate body comprising a first lumen, a second lumen, and a third lumen; a closure element comprising a loop defining a continuous aperture therethrough, a first end of the closure element slidably disposed in the first lumen and a second end of the closure element fixedly disposed in the second lumen; and a handle coupled to the elongate body, wherein the handle comprises an aperture in a proximal end thereof configured to releasably receive a tensioning mechanism, a release slot extending from the aperture, and a lock configured to hold the tensioning mechanism when the tensioning mechanism is received in the aperture.
