The display substrate (1) comprises a first side (S1) for display and a second side (S2), and comprises: a base substrate (100); a display region comprising a first display region (10) and a second display region (20), the first display region (10) comprising multiple pixel unit groups (P1), each of the multiple pixel unit groups (P1) comprising multiple first pixel units (P0), and each of the multiple first pixel units (P0) comprising a pixel region (A11) and an aperture region (A12); multiple first power supply lines (VDD1) located in the pixel region (A11); and a shielding layer (LS) comprising a hollowed-out region (LS2) and a shielding region (LS1). For each of the pixel unit groups (P1), the aperture region (A12) of each of the first pixel units (P0) and the shielding region (LS1) of the shielding layer at least partially overlap. The aperture region (A12) of at least one of the first pixel units (P0) comprises a first shield connection portion (SP1) at least partially overlapping with the shielding region (LS1) of the shielding layer (LS). The shielding layer (LS) is connected to at least one of the first power supply lines (VDD1) by means of the first shield connection portion (SP1). The display substrate connects the shielding layer to a direct current signal without reducing the pixel density, and prevents the shielding layer from being in a floating state.

The anode of the first sub-light-emitting element (411a) comprises a first groove structure (GR1) located in the first via hole (HI), wherein the bottom of the first groove structure (GR1) is in contact with the first connection line (110), so as to realize electrical connection. According to the display substrate (01), the processing difficulty can be reduced, and the reliability of electrical connection and the uniformity of transmitted light are improved.
