摘要： A heat management system and a vehicle are provided. The heat management system includes a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger, a heat pump module, an electric assembly waterway, a radiator waterway, a battery waterway, and a heat exchange waterway. The heat pump module includes a first heat exchange pipeline and a second heat exchange pipeline. A first heat exchange passage and a second heat exchange passage of the first heat exchanger are respectively provided on the second heat exchange pipeline and the heat exchange waterway. A third heat exchange passage and a fourth heat exchange passage of the second heat exchanger are respectively provided on the first heat exchange pipeline and are selectably in communication with the radiator waterway.
