摘要: Disclosed is a high corrosion-resistance strip steel, comprising a carbon steel base layer and a corrosion-resistance cladding layer roll-bonded with the carbon steel base layer, the corrosion-resistance cladding layer being austenitic stainless steel or pure titanium, the thickness of the corrosion-resistance cladding layer being 0.5% to 5% of the total thickness of the strip steel. In addition, further disclosed is a manufacturing method for the described high corrosion-resistance strip steel, comprising the steps of: (1) obtaining a base layer material and a cladding layer material; (2) assembling billets (3) pre-heating: pre-heating the billets at a temperature of 1150°C to 1250°C, so that elements of the corrosion-resistance cladding layer and elements of the carbon steel base layer diffuse at the interface to form a stable transition layer, and then slowly cooling to room temperature; (4) secondary heating and rolling; and (5) water-cooling and then winding. The high corrosion-resistance strip steel finally provides, by means of rational component design, thickness design, and process design, the obtained steel plate or steel strip with a high corrosion-resistance surface and good interlayer bonding performance, and the steel plate or steel strip has good mechanical properties and processability.

The carbon steel and austenitic stainless-steel rolling clad plate has two unique annealing processes, so that the clad plate has the performance advantages of the austenitic stainless-steel and the carbon steel. In addition, further disclosed in the present invention is a carbon steel and austenitic stainless-steel rolling clad plate manufactured by this method.

摘要: A dual-hardness clad steel plate. One surface of the steel plate is a high-hardness layer, the other surface of the steel plate is a low-hardness layer, and a combination of atoms is achieved between the high-hardness layer and the low-hardness layer by rolling bonding, wherein Mn13 steel is adopted for the low-hardness layer, and the Brinell hardness of the high-hardness layer is greater than 600. Further disclosed is a production method of the dual-hardness clad steel plate, comprising: 1) respectively preparing a high-hardness layer slab and a low-hardness layer slab; 2) assembling: preprocessing combined faces of the slabs, carrying out peripheral welded sealing on joint faces of the slabs, and carrying out vacuumizing treatment on a composite slab after welded sealing; 3) heating; 4) carrying out composite rolling; 5) cooling; and 6) carrying out thermal treatment, wherein the heating temperature is 1050-1100°C, the heating time is 2-3min/mm × slab thickness, and water cooling is performed on the heated slab, and the water temperature is lower than 40°C. The steel plate has different hardness characteristics and good low-temperature toughness.

摘要: Disclosed is a multi-layer rolled composite board, comprising a transition layer provided between two adjacent composite layers, wherein the transition layer is an anisotropic steel sheet. Also disclosed is a manufacturing method for the multi-layer rolled composite board, the method comprising the following steps: (1) providing a transition layer between adjacent composite layers to assemble a blank, and creating a vacuum between the layers; and (2) performing composite rolling, comprising: heating the blank to 1100-1260 °C and maintaining the temperature for 0.6h or above, then performing hot rolling at a temperature of Ar3 or above, with the final rolling temperature being controlled to be higher than 820 °C, cooling at a speed of 30-100 °C/s after rolling, and then coiling, with the coiling temperature being controlled to be 20-750 °C. The multi-layer rolled composite board of the present invention can be greatly transformed according to different compositions and processes so as to achieve different strength grades ranging from 150 MPa to 1700 MPa, thereby providing the basis for different specific mechanical properties for the whole steel sheet.
