    摘要: A gate driving circuit comprises GOA units of multiple stages. Each GOA unit comprises a pull-up module (11) and an output module (12). The pull-up module (11) outputs a second clock signal (CLK2) to the output module (12) when an input signal (INPUT) is at a high level; and the output module (12) is turned on when the second clock signal (CLK2) is at a high level, and outputs a third clock signal (CLK3) as a first gate driving signal (OUTPUT_n) and outputs a fourth clock signal (CLK4) as a second gate driving signal (OUTPUT_n+1) when being turned on; the third clock signal (CLK3) and the fourth clock signal (CLK4) have opposite phases but the same cycle, and the cycle of the second clock signal (CLK2) is twice that of the third clock signal (CLK3). It also discloses a liquid crystal display and a gate driving method, two rows of pixels are driven by one GOA unit, thus the space for disposing TFTs is saved, the sealing area of the LCD is reduced.

The first electrode is electrically connected to the drain. A distance between a surface of the first electrode away from the base substrate and the base substrate is a first distance. A distance between a surface of the second electrode away from the base substrate and the base substrate is a second distance. The first distance is substantially equal to the second distance.

    摘要: A mask set, a pixel unit and a manufacturing method thereof, an array substrate and a display device are provided to overcome the problem of low brightness of a display screen of a display device. In the pixel unit, the maximum size value of an overlapped area between an active layer and a drain electrode of a thin-film transistor (TFT) in the direction parallel to data line is less than the size value of one side, overlapped with the data line, in an overlapped area between the active layer and a source electrode; and the source electrode is the portion of the data line disposed in an overlapped area between the active layer and the data line. The pixel unit has the advantages of a larger opening area and higher light transmittance. Thus, the brightness of a display screen of the display device comprising the pixel units can be enhanced. Moreover, the problem of screen flicker can be avoided to some extent, and hence the display quality of images can be improved.
