The surface representation of the ECG signal amplitudes is presented overlaid on the anatomical map.

摘要: A method, including configuring, in a memory, a first buffer to store first buffer data, a second buffer to store second buffer data, and a variable indicative of a persisted size of real-time data persisted to a storage device. On the storage device, a file is configured to store the real-time data and a field is configured to store the variable. A stream of the real-time data is received, and the stream is appended to the first buffer data. Upon meeting a write criteria, the first buffer data in is swapped with the second buffer data, a buffer size of the second buffer data is added to the variable, and the second buffer data is conveyed from the second buffer to a write cache. Upon meeting a commit criteria, the stream stored in the write cache is appended to the file, and the variable is persisted to the field.

摘要: In one embodiment, a medical system includes respective electrodes for application to a body of a subject and to output a set of respective activation signals in response to electrical activity of a heart of the subject captured over a sequence of heartbeat intervals, and a processor to classify a first heartbeat interval of the set of activation signals as a first morphological template, compute a measure of similarity between a second heartbeat interval of the set of activation signals and the first morphological template, group the second heartbeat interval of the set of activation signals in a first morphological group with the first morphological template responsively to the measure exceeding a predefined threshold, and classify the second heartbeat interval of the set of activation signals as a second morphological template responsively to the measure not exceeding the predefined threshold, and repeat the above, mutatis mutandis, for subsequent heartbeat intervals.

The fiber-optic shape sensor is coupled to a portion of the distal-end assembly, wherein the two or more sensing-electrodes have α-priori known distances from a known location over the fiber-optic shape sensor, and wherein the fiber-optic shape sensor is configured to provide an indication of a spatial deformation of the flexible distal-end assembly.
