摘要: In one embodiment, a cardiac mapping system includes a medical examination device to capture data over time at multiple sample locations over a surface of at least one chamber of a heart, a display screen, and processing circuitry to process the captured data to determine a description of a propagation of activation wavefronts associated with activation times over the surface of the at least one chamber of the heart, calculate activation wavefront propagation path traces wherein each path trace describes a point on one activation wavefront being propagated over the surface of the at least one chamber of the heart according to an advancement of the activation wavefront such that the path traces describe the propagation of different points according to corresponding activation wavefronts, prepare a visualization showing the path traces on a representation of the at least one chamber, and render the visualization to the display screen.

One of the surface representations is selected as a base map. A draggable geodesic region is generated for at least one of the two or more surface representations not selected as a base map, wherein the geodesic region is configured to follow varying anatomy as the region is dragged over the base map. The draggable geodesic region is overlaid on the base map to generate a mixed multilayer representation, and the mixed multilayer representation is presented to a user.

摘要: Described embodiments include a system that includes a display and a processor. The processor is configured to position an indicator, in response to a positioning input from a user, over a particular point on a three-dimensional electroanatomical map that is displayed on the display, and over which are displayed a plurality of markers that mark respective data points. The processor is further configured to expand a contour, subsequently, along a surface of the map, while a selecting input from the user is ongoing, such that all points on the contour remain equidistant, at an increasing geodesic distance with respect to the surface, from the particular point, and to display, on the display, one or more properties of each of the data points that is marked by a respective one of the markers that is inside the contour. Other embodiments are also described.

The systems, devices, and techniques include a processor including a neural network configured to receive a plurality of historical ECG data and corresponding arrhythmia locations determined based on each of the plurality of historical ECG data, train a learning system based on the plurality of historical ECG data and corresponding arrhythmia locations, generate a model based on the learning system. New ECG data may be received from the plurality of body surface electrodes and the processor may provide a new arrhythmia location based on the new ECG data. Additionally, a new coherent mapping adjustment may be provided based on a model that is trained using historical coherent mapping adjustments.

Techniques disclosed include recording a point-list, where each entry in the point-list comprises data elements, and is associated with a location in the heart and a measurement. The associated measurement is acquired by an electrode of a catheter that is placed at the associated location in the heart. Techniques disclosed further include selecting one or more anchor points associated with a region of interest in the heart, then, for each entry in the recorded point-list, computing a data element of distance between the entry's associated location in the heart and the selected one or more anchor points, and manipulating entries in the point-list based on their respective data elements.
