The system further comprises a transparent balloon member which is coupled to the one or more elongate shafts and being in fluid communication with at least one lumen of the one or more elongate shafts, wherein at least a portion of the balloon member defines a plurality of perforations. The system also comprises an imaging element which is disposed within the balloon member and coupled to a distal end portion of the one or more elongate shafts and the system comprises a fastener which is releasably coupled to a distal end portion of the one or more elongate shafts, wherein the balloon member provides a field of view and wherein the plurality of perforations have a greater perforation density in portions of the balloon member in a center of the field of view and a lower perforation density around a periphery of the field of view.
