    摘要： A recording apparatus can mount a special recording material, such as a compact disc (CD) or the like, in a state of being accommodated in a tray and perform recording on the special recording material. In this recording apparatus, by an operation of mounting a tray guide into the main body of the recording apparatus, an arm of the tray guide is inserted between a spur base for holding a spur, and a platen for holding sheet discharge rollers. The spur base thereby raises to separate the spur from the sheet discharge roller, and a space to allow passage of the tray is formed.

    摘要： A printing apparatus comprises conveyance control means which controls conveyance of printing sheets so that a trailing edge of a preceding sheet (1-A) as a printing sheet precedingly fed from the stacking means and a leading edge of a succeeding sheet (1-B) as a printing sheet succeedingly fed from the stacking means overlap each other; and skew correction means (5, 6) which performs skew correction of the succeeding sheet (1-B) while the succeeding sheet (1-B) overlaps the preceding sheet (1-A) by the conveyance control means. The skew correction means makes the leading edge of the succeeding sheet (1-B) abut against the conveyance roller (5) during a time from an end of a last line feed operation by the conveyance roller (5) for printing on the preceding sheet by the printing means to start of a next conveyance operation.
