摘要： The present invention relates to novel compounds, having an azlactone function, of formula (I), to be used as multifunctional coupling agents, and to a method for coupling a biomolecule and a target molecule using such a compound. The invention further relates to a diagnosis reagent, to a kit for implementing the coupling method, to a method for separating, detecting and/or characterizing at least one molecule of interest, and to a composition including a compound according to the invention.
