The present invention provides a catalyst component for olefin polymerization and a preparation method thereof, and a catalyst for olefin polymerization and an application thereof. The catalyst component for olefin polymerization comprises reaction products of the following components: (1) a solid component; (2) at least one titanium compound; and (3) at least two internal electron donors, wherein the solid component comprises a magnesium compound represented by formula (1) and an epoxide represented by formula (2), wherein R 1 is a C 1 -C 12 linear or branched alkyl; R 2 and R 3 are identical or different, and are independently hydrogen or unsubstituted or halogen-substituted C 1 -C 5 linear or branched alkyl; X is halogen; m is in a range of from 0.1 to 1.9, n is in a range of from 0.1 to 1.9, and m+n=2.

The present invention relates to catalyst components and catalysts for olefinic polymerization. The catalyst components utilize magnesium chloride and silica as composite support, and the particle morphology thereof can be improved by regulating the ratio of magnesium chloride to silica. Further, the purpose of stabilizing the rate of catalytic polymerization reaction and improving the particle morphology of polymer so as to meet the requirements on catalyst performance of various polymerization processes can be achieved through the combination of the supports of the catalyst. In the meantime, when used in the polymerization of propylene, the catalysts of the present invention exhibit a relatively high polymerization activity and high stereospecificity.

The present invention provides a magnesium-based solid and a solid catalyst component for olefin polymerization. By means of determination based on a nitrogen adsorption method, the solid has a multimodal pore distribution and a specific surface area of not less than 50 m 2 /g, and the pore size distribution of the solid is in a range of 1 nm to 300 nm. There is at least one peak within a pore size range of less than 10 nm, and there is at least another peak within a pore size range of not less than 10 nm. When the catalyst formed using the solid catalyst component is used for propylene polymerization, the catalyst has higher polymerization activity and higher stereotactic orientation capability, and the prepared polymer has a relatively wide molecular weight distribution.

Disclosed are a spherical carrier for olefin polymerization catalysts, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof, a catalyst and an application thereof, the carrier comprising at least one magnesium-containing compound having a structure represented by formula (1). The spherical carrier for olefin polymerization catalysts of the present invention has a relatively good particle morphology, and substantially no abnormally morphological particles will appear. The provided method may prepare a carrier having a small particle size and greatly expands the particle size range of the preparable carrier. When the catalyst prepared by using the obtained carrier is used for olefin polymerization, polymerization activity is good, substantially no abnormally morphological material is present, and hydrogen response is good.

The spheric catalyst component comprises at least one titanium compound and optionally at least one electron donor compound supported on an active magnesium halide spheric carrier, wherein the active magnesium halide spheric carrier is solid particles obtained by dispersing a melt of a magnesium halide/alcohol adduct by rotation under high-gravity field. The catalyst has good particle morphology and narrow particle size distribution, and when used in olefin polymerization, especially in propylene polymerization, exhibits relatively high activity and stereoelectivity, and gives polymers having good particle morphology and high bulk density.

Disclosed is a propylene-butene copolymer. The copolymer contains, based on the total amount of structural units of the copolymer, 90-99 mol% of propylene structural units and 1-10 mol% of butene structural units. The xylene solubles content of the copolymer is less than or equal to 4 wt%, and preferably less than or equal to 3 wt%. The propylene-butene copolymer is substantially free of fraction having a molecular weight lower than 1000. The copolymer has a melt flow index of greater than or equal to 20 g/10 min as measured at 230 °C under a load of 2.16 kg. The propylene-butene copolymer of the present invention has the advantages of a high melt flow index and few xylene solubles, and does not contain a phthalate-type plasticizer, thereby being beneficial to the application thereof in fields such as food and medical and health services.

Disclosed are a catalyst system for olefin polymerization and use thereof. The catalyst system comprises a main catalyst and a cocatalyst. The cocatalyst comprises a twelve-membered ring compound represented by formula (M). The catalyst system provided in the present invention is particularly suitable for preparing polypropylene products having high stereoregularity and low ash, and can regulate the melt index of the products within a wide range by adjusting the amount of hydrogenation. The catalyst system provided in the present invention is also suitable for copolymerization systems to improve the copolymerization yield.
