摘要: A welding apparatus for suppressing welding thermal cracks, comprising a first fixing plate (10) and a second fixing plate (20) arranged at an interval; a gas-electric slip ring is connected to the side of the first fixing plate facing the second fixing plate; a hollow shaft drive unit (30) is connected to the side of the second fixing plate facing the first fixing plate; a conductive link (40) is connected to the hollow shaft drive unit and passes through the second fixing plate; a curved conductive nozzle (50) is connected to the conductive link on the outer side of the second fixing plate; and a plurality of support rods (60) are uniformly distributed around the rotational axial direction of the hollow shaft drive unit, and are respectively connected to the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate; the hollow shaft drive unit drives the conductive link to rotate, and the conductive link drives the curved conductive nozzle to oscillate. Also relating to a welding system provided with said welding apparatus. The present welding apparatus and welding system, by means of arc oscillation, promote the flow of liquid metal, refine the weld grain structure, reduce the segregation of impurity elements, and make liquid metal from a molten pool area flow back to a grain boundary liquefaction area of a heat affected zone, reducing the production of cracks and increasing the crack propagation resistance.

摘要: A railway vehicle, and a control method and system for a tread profile of a railway vehicle. The control method comprises: step S1, obtaining a lateral acceleration signal of a wheel set; step S2, determining whether a first number of continuous peak values greater than or equal to a first set value present in the lateral acceleration signal or not, and if yes, executing the following step S3; step S3, controlling a tread modification device of a corresponding wheel set to enter a modification mode; step S4, determining whether a first action condition is satisfied or not, and if yes, executing the following step S5; step S5, controlling the tread modification device to perform online state repair on tread profiles of wheels of the corresponding wheel set; step S6, determining whether a second number of continuous peak values less than or equal to a second set value present in the lateral acceleration signal or not, and if yes, executing the following step S7, the second set value being less than the first set value; and step S7, controlling the tread modification device of the corresponding wheel set to exit the modification mode. By means of the control method, an off-line lathing cycle of wheels can be extended.

摘要: An electric resistance spot welding device, comprising a pair of electrodes located on the same welding surface of an assembly to be welded. The assembly to be welded is provided with an axis of symmetry (6); the pair of electrodes are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the axis of symmetry; one end of each electrode has a special-shaped contact surface (20); the special-shaped contact surfaces are respectively offset in directions away from the axis of symmetry relative to the electrode axis, wherein the special-shaped contact surfaces are used for offsetting a current density centerline (21) formed by the electrodes in a direction away from the axis of symmetry relative to the electrode axis (11), and/or used for deflecting the tendency of the current density of each electrode away from a welding face within the assembly to be welded. The device can achieve a symmetrical and uniform shape of distal and proximal ends of a nugget with respect to the axis of symmetry, such that both the shape and stress state of the nugget can meet requirements for mechanical properties under load, thus improving the welding quality. The present application also relates to an electric resistance spot welding method.
