摘要: The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a bogie frame and a railway vehicle, and the bogie frame includes a crossbeam extended along the transverse direction, wherein the crossbeam includes two crossbeam single-structures symmetrically disposed and connected with each other and a traction device mounting space is formed between the two crossbeam single-structures, a secondary suspension mounting seat disposed on the top surface of the crossbeam and forming a mounting channel with the crossbeam along the longitudinal direction; a sidebeam extended along the longitudinal direction and disposed in the mounting channel, a wheelset symmetrically disposed below the sidebeam, a primary suspension device disposed between the sidebeam and the shaft box, and a secondary suspension device disposed on the secondary suspension mounting seat, wherein the bottom end of the traction device is inserted in the traction device mounting space between the two crossbeam single-structures and the brake device disposed on the crossbeam for applying braking operation on the wheels. And the weight load of the car body is transmitted to the wheelset through the secondary suspension device, the secondary suspension mounting seat and the sidebeam. The bogie frame and the railway vehicle provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure have the advantages of easy assembly and easy maintenance.

摘要: A bogie, including a frame (1) and a bolster (2), the frame (1) including two parallel side beams (11), and a cross beam (12) coupled to the middle of the side beams (11), wherein a primary suspension is arranged between an end of the side beam (11) and an axle box (31), a secondary suspension is arranged between the below of the bolster (2) and the cross beam (12), and a tertiary suspension coupled to a vehicle body is arranged above the bolster (2). The disclosed bogie is provided with a bolster, and on the basis of the original two suspensions, another suspension is added beneath the bolster and between the bolster and the cross beam to achieve separation of the functions, so that the tertiary suspension above the bolster only functions to handle the transverse displacement, and the secondary suspension beneath the bolster only functions to handle the rotation, thereby further increasing, when the vehicle negotiates a curve, the relative displacement and rotation angle between the vehicle body and the bogie, improving curve negotiating for the vehicle. Combining three suspensions can create good vibration isolation and noise reduction, effectively attenuating the vibration between the wheel and the rail, and improving riding comfort.

摘要: The present invention provides a meter gauge power bogie and a meter gauge vehicle, the meter gauge power bogie includes two wheelsets arranged in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle body, a framework arranged on the wheelsets and a driving device, the wheelset includes an axle extending along the width of the vehicle body and wheels press-fitted with the axle and located at both ends of the axle, a traction motor is arranged at a front side or a rear side of a rolling axial suspension box, and via the rolling axial suspension box enclosing an axle of the driving device of the bogie, and a gearbox being arranged between ends of the traction motor and the rolling axial suspension box at the same side and the corresponding wheel, every two of the rolling axial suspension box, a housing of the traction motor and the box body of the gearbox are fixedly connected, thus the rolling axial suspension box, the traction motor and the gearbox form an integral structure, which may be connected with a framework via a motor derrick, rendering the structure of the driving device more compact, thus saving space for mounting the traction motor, and solving the technical problem in the prior art that arrangement of the driving device occupies great space.
