摘要： The invention relates to a method for assessing the turbulence parameters of a medium, characterized in that said method includes the following steps: illuminating, by means of a laser beam propagating in said medium, a film made of a photochromic organic material that may include azobenzene, spyropyrane, stylbene, coumarin, or fulgide molecules, said illumination creating a surface array in which the film comprises streaks having deformations based on turbulence parameters; acquiring images containing elementary areas of structures related to said streaks, more or less reduced and representative of the turbulence parameters of said medium; and processing said images to assess the turbulence parameters of said medium. The invention also relates to a device for implementing said method.
