The invention relates to a spider-silk-like polymer fiber in the technical field of chemical bionics, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The spider-silk-like polymer fiber comprises a matrix polymer and a particle additive dispersed therein, wherein the particles have an average particle size of 0.1-1000 microns, and the polymer fiber has a spider-silk-like microstructure comprising a fiber body and spaced spindle knot structural units on the fiber body, wherein the spindle knot structural units comprise the particles, and the radial height of the spindle knot structural units is greater than the diameter of the fiber body. The preparation method of the polymer fiber of the invention does not require greatly modifying the existing spinning processes, and the equipment does not need to be changed, the process is simple, and the cost is low. The obtained spider-silk-like polymer fiber can realize the directional movement of water droplets on the surface of the fiber, thereby having a water gathering function and can be used for preparing water gathering materials.

Since the electroconductive layer of the present invention is integrally formed on the core layer of the fiber, the electroconductive polymer fiber has excellent bending resistance. The fabric comprising the electroconductive polymer fiber of the present invention retains the electrical conductivity even after repeated washing and bending. The present invention relates to a polymer/filler/metal composite fiber, including a polymer fiber comprising a metal short fiber and a filler; the metal short fiber is distributed as a dispersed phase within the polymer fiber and distributed in parallel to the axis of the polymer fiber; the filler is dispersed within the polymer fiber and distributed between the metal short fibers; the filler does not melt at the processing temperature of the polymer; said metal is a low melting point metal and selected from at least one of single component metals and metal alloys, and has a melting point which ranges from 20 to 480°C, and, at the same time, which is lower than the processing temperature of the polymer; the metal short fiber and the polymer fiber have a volume ratio of from 0.01:100 to 20:100; the filler and the polymer have a weight ratio of from 0.1:100 to 30:100. The rubber composition comprises a blend of modified rubber component and base rubber, in which the modified rubber masterbatch is present in an amount of 1 to 70 parts by weight, relative to per 100 parts by weight of the base rubber. The vulcanized rubber of the rubber composition has not only low rolling resistance and excellent wet skid resistance, but also excellent wear resistance, and thus can be used for producing high performance tread rubber.

The present invention provides a super-wet surface and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The super-wet surface is a polypropylene surface, on which a hydrophilic side group is grafted, having a micro-nano structure, wherein the super-wet surface is at least super-hydrophilic and does not contain an initiator residue. The super-wet surface is prepared by grafting, in the absence of an initiator, by means of microwave irradiation, a monomer for forming a side group, on the polypropylene surface, as a grafting base, having a micro-nano structure. The preparation method of the present invention is simple, is easy to operate, requires simple equipment, has low costs, and is easy to industrialize. In the preparation of the super-wet surface, the molecular weight of polypropylene does not decrease after grafting, there is no residual monomer or initiator residue, and the super-wetting effect of the obtained surface is lasting and stable. The super-wet surface can be used in bonding, spraying, oil-water separation, water treatment, biology, medicine and energy fields.
