摘要: This invention relates to a tubular cracking furnace, especially an ethylene cracking furnace, which comprises a convection section and a or dual radiant section(s), at least one heat transfer intensifying member arranged in at least one pass each radiant tube in said radiant section, said at least one heat transfer intensifying member comprises a first heat transfer intensifying member, which is arranged at a location between 10D and 25D upstream of the extreme point of said at least one pass radiant tube metal temperature, wherein D is the inner diameter of the radiant tube having heat transfer intensifying members. The present invention could achieve the best enhanced heat transfer result with given number of heat transfer intensifying member, by optimizing the locations of heat transfer intensifying members in the radiant tube.

The heat transfer enhancement pipe (1) includes a pipe body (10) of tubular shape having an inlet (100) for entering of a fluid and an outlet (101) for said fluid to flow out; internal wall of the pipe body (10) is provided with a fin (11) protruding towards interior of the pipe body (10),wherein the fin (11) has one or more fin sections extending spirally in the axial direction of the pipe body (10), and each fin section has a first end surface facing the inlet (100) and a second end surface facing the outlet (101), at least one of the first end surface and the second end surface of at least one of the rib sections is formed as a transition surface along spirally extending direction. The heat transfer enhancement pipe can reduce thermal stress of itself, thereby increasing service life of the heat transfer enhancement pipe.

摘要: The invention relates to the field of cracking, and discloses a cracking reaction device, a method and use of producing olefins by cracking. The cracking reaction device of the present application includes a preheating section, a lightening section, a reduced-pressure gasification section and a cracking section that are connected sequentially. The method for producing olefins by cracking in the present application includes pressurizing a cracking feedstock and water; subjecting the pressurized cracking feedstock and water to a first heating; subjecting the first heated cracking feedstock and water to a second heating and lightening the cracking feedstock in the presence of water to obtain a lightened mixture; gasifying the lightened mixture under a reduced pressure and subjected to a third heating to obtain a third heated mixture; and cracking the third heated mixture at a cracking temperature in the presence of steam to obtain a cracked product containing olefins.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method and system for cracking crude oil. The method comprises: delivering the crude oil to a first tube group of a convection section of a cracking furnace for preheating and then performing vaporization to obtain a first gas phase and a first liquid phase; performing high-pressure extraction on the first liquid phase to obtain a non-asphalt oil and an asphalt; and mixing the first gas phase and the non-asphalt oil with water vapor respectively, or mixing the first gas phase with the non-asphalt oil prior to mixing with water vapor, then delivering the same to a second tube group of the convection section of the cracking furnace for heating, followed by delivering same to a radiation section of the cracking furnace for cracking to obtain a cracked product, and separating the cracked product to obtain low-carbon olefins. In the present invention, after the crude oil is preheated in a cracking furnace and vaporized, the obtained gas phase is passed into the cracking furnace, and the obtained liquid phase is passed through a supercritical extraction unit to separate an extract oil, which is then passed into the cracking furnace The method can effectively improve cracking efficiency of the crude oil, improve the yield of low-carbon olefins in the product, extend the operating cycle, and reduce coking of a gasified crude oil mixture in a cracking process.

摘要: The present invention discloses a process for producing olefins from petroleum saturated hydrocarbons. The process of the present invention comprises: contacting a preheated petroleum saturated hydrocarbons feedstock with a dehydrogenation catalyst in a dehydrogenation reaction zone of a reaction system to obtain a petroleum hydrocarbon stream containing unsaturated hydrocarbon compounds, in which the dehydrogenation reaction has a conversion rate of at least 20%; and contacting the obtained petroleum hydrocarbon stream containing the unsaturated hydrocarbon compounds with olefins cracking catalyst in an olefin cracking zone of the reaction system to obtain a product stream containing olefins with a reduced number of carbon atoms.
