摘要: The present invention relates to the field of oil product hydrogenation, and in particular to a hydrogenation catalyst and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof, and a hydrogenation reaction method for oil products. The hydrogenation catalyst is a sulfurized hydrogenation catalyst and comprises a carrier, a molecular sieve and an active component, wherein the active component comprises at least one of group VIII metal elements and at least one of group VIB metal elements. The hydrogenation catalyst is characterized by using a TEM-EDS method. On the basis of the silicon element, the ratio of the amount of the molecular sieve directly acting on a group VIB metal sulfide to the total amount of the molecular sieve is 60-100%. The hydrogenation catalyst provided in the present invention has relatively high activity and selectivity, and can control a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon to realize ring opening without chain scission, so as to generate a monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbon with a long-branched chain, which can be used as both an ethylene cracking raw material and a high-quality diesel product.

摘要: The present application relates to a solid particle bed, a fixed bed comprising the same, and use of these beds in hydrogenation of oils. The solid particle bed comprises a sea zone and at least one island zone distributed in the sea zone, and has an upper surface, a lower surface, an axial direction and a radial direction, wherein the island zone extends along the axial direction of the solid particle bed but does not extend to the lower surface, and the voidage of the island zone is 110-300% of the voidage of the sea zone. In the solid particle bed, the oil preferentially enters the packing area with a small voidage through the tail section of the packing area with a large voidage, and as the deposition amount increases, the oil gradually changes its way by entering the packing area with a small voidage through the side of the packing area with a large voidage, so that the adsorption and deposition capacity of sediments can be increased, the increasing of the pressure drop can be slowed down, and meanwhile, a good hydrodesulfurization effect can be maintained.

摘要: The present invention relates to an adsorbent, a liquid-phase hydrogenation catalyst composition comprising the adsorbent, a catalyst bed comprising the liquid-phase hydrogenation catalyst composition, and application thereof in adsorption technology or oil liquid-phase hydrogenation technology. The adsorbent comprises a porous material and a hydrogenation active metal supported on the porous material, wherein the adsorbent has an average pore diameter of 2-15 nm, a specific surface area of 200-500 m 2 /g, and the hydrogenation active metal is present in an amout, calculated as metal oxide, of 2.5 wt% or less, based on the total weight of the adsorbent. The adsorbent has a high hydrogen sulfide adsorption efficiency for a long period of time, and can effectively prolong the protection period for the hydrodesulfurization catalyst.
