摘要: The invention relates to a hydrocracking process and system. The gas oil feedstock and hydrogen are mixed and reacted in a hydrotreating unit. The resulting reaction effluent is sent to a first hydrogenation cracking unit and reacted by contacting a hydrogenation cracking catalyst I to obtain light fraction I rich in paraffins and heavy fraction I rich in cyclic hydrocarbons. The heavy fraction I is mixed with hydrogen and reacted in a second hydrogenation cracking unit, thereby producing heavy fraction II rich in cyclic hydrocarbons. The present invention wholly realizes the high-selective directional conversion of gas oil feedstock according to the chain structure and the ring structure and can produce chemical raw materials rich in paraffins and naphthenic speciality oil rich in cyclic hydrocarbons.

摘要: The invention relates to a rare earth- and phosphorus-containing molecular sieve of MFI structure rich in mesopores and a process of producing same, wherein the molecular sieve has a ratio of n(SiO 2 )/n(Al 2 O 3 ) of more than 15 and less than 70; the molecular sieve has a content of phosphorus of 1-15 wt%, calculated as P 2 O 5 and based on the dry weight of the molecular sieve; the content of the supported metal in the molecular sieve is 1-10 wt% supported metal M1 and 0.1-5 wt% supported metal M2 based on the oxide of the supported metal and the dry weight of the molecular sieve, wherein the supported metal M1 is one or two selected from lanthanum and cerium, and the supported metal M2 is one selected from iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, manganese, zinc, tin, bismuth and gallium; the volume of mesopores in the molecular sieve represents 40-70% by volume of the total pore volume of the molecular sieve by volume. The molecular sieve of MFI structure can show excellent ethylene yield and simultaneously results in high outputs of propylene and BTX in the catalytic cracking of petroleum hydrocarbons. The invention also aims to provide a catalyst containing the rare earth- and phosphorus-containing molecular sieve of MFI structure rich in mesopores and a process of producing same.

摘要: A modified zeolite beta having an anhydrous chemical formula, by weight % of the oxides, of (0-0.3)Na 2 O·(0.5-10)Al 2 O 3 ·(1.3-10)P 2 O 5 ·(0.7-15)M x O y ·(70-97)SiO 2 , wherein M is one or more transition metal(s) selected from the group consisting of Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Mn, Zn and Sn, x is the number of the atoms of said transition metal M, and y is a number that meets with the requirement of the oxidation state of said transition metal M, is disclosed. The modified zeolite beta can be used as an active component of a cracking catalyst or additive for catalytic cracking of petroleum hydrocarbons.

The molecular sieve provided by the invention has better ethylene selectivity in the catalytic cracking reaction of petroleum hydrocarbon.
