摘要: Provided is an ophthalmic instrument that is for retaining a tube member for providing communication between the inside and the outside of an eyeball, such that the tube member is stuck into an outer membrane of the eyeball and that is suitable for retaining the tube member at an outer peripheral portion of a cornea.
An ophthalmic instrument 1 includes a main body 2 and a needle portion 6 connected to one end side of the main body 2. The main body 2 has a straight portion 3 extending in a straight manner, and a bent portion 4 extending in a direction different from that of the straight portion 3. The needle portion 6 is connected to a tip end 5 of the bent portion 4 and has a shape extending in a straight manner in the same direction as that of the bent portion 4. When attaching a tube member to an eyeball, first, the needle portion 6 is inserted through the tube member, and the tube member is stuck into an outer peripheral portion of a cornea as the outer membrane of the eyeball while a hole is made in the outer peripheral portion of the cornea with the needle portion 6. Thereafter, the instrument 1 is pulled out, thereby retaining the tube member at the outer peripheral portion of the cornea.-

摘要: In an eye of a patient, ciliary processes 21 project from a ciliary body 20 located in a circumferential direction about a visual axis C, toward the visual axis C. A hook portion 4 is provided which is formed so as to extend from base portions 21a of the ciliary processes 21 along the outer surfaces of the ciliary processes 21 via anterior end portions 21b of the ciliary processes 21 to base portions 21c at the opposite side. A leg portion 3 extending from the hook portion 4 toward the visual axis C is connected to the hook portion 4, and a lens 2 to be mounted in the eye of the patient is supported by the leg portion 3. The lens 2 is held in the eye of the patient in a state where the hook portion 4 is hooked or fitted to the ciliary processes 21. Accordingly, an intraocularly-mounted object and an intraocularly-mounted object holding member that are allowed to move directly in conjunction with relaxation/contraction movement of ciliary muscle, are provided.
