摘要: Disclosed is a device for removing circumferential burrs of a wheel with high precision, consisting of three electric cylinders (21), three lifting tables (22, 28, 33), three guide rails (23, 30, 35), three sliding blocks (26, 31, 36), three sensors (27, 32, 37), a rim burr cutter (51), a riser burr cutter (55) and flange burr cutters (13) The shared centre of rotation of the rim burr cutter (51) and the riser burr cutter (51) can be offset from the centre of rotation of the flange burr cutters (13) as a result of the capture of three points on the bead seat of the wheel by the sensors (27, 32, 37) so as to be able to eliminate the error caused by coaxial deviation between the first and second turning operations during manufacture of the wheel, such that the centre of rotation of each cutter (13, 51, 55) coincides with the geometric center point of each of the burrs. The device can remove circumferential burrs from the flange edge, the outer rim and the riser slot edge in one operation, even though the respective burrs may not be concentric with each other.
