According to the invention, a pourer plate subjects a stream of an aqueous surfactant preparation to vibrations which induce it to drip, and the drops are guided against a gaseous desiccant which vaporizes the water portions thus drying the granulates.

摘要： Disclosed is a method for the production of fatty granules. According to said method, a stream of a liquid fatty material is turned into droplets by means of vibration with the aid of a pouring plate and a coolant is directed towards said droplets which are crystallized thereby.
