摘要: The method of preparing a material suitable for injection moulding, extrusion and/or thermoforming, where at least one thermoplastic is mixed with another material, wherein a mixture of particles of at least one substance from a first group comprising thermoplastics and the precursors thereof having a particle size of up to 10 mm, with at least one substance from a second group comprising lignocellulosic substances having a particle size of up to 35 mm and inorganic substances with a particle size of up to 15 mm is formed, wherein the dry matter ratio of substances of the first group to the total dry matter of substances of the second group is from 0.1 to 3. The total input moisture of the mixture being at most 70% of the total weight of the mixture. This mixture is fed together with the propellant gas to the center of a working area arranged between two coaxial circular plates within a mechanical-thermal integrator, which are provided with mechanical force pulse means to the mixture particles to heat and at least separate the particles in the mixture of treated material, wherein the collisions between particles of substances from the first group and that ones from the second group provide mixture homogenization to form a fine-grained agglomerate of particles of mixture material.
