摘要： The present invention provides a battery cap assembly and a secondary battery. The battery cap assembly comprises a cap plate, a first electrode terminal and a first connecting piece. With the technical solution of the disclosure, heating efficiency of the battery pack can be improved and safety of the battery heating system can be enhanced.
