摘要: This application provides a negative electrode plate and a method for preparing same. In the method, a metal foil is connected to a foamed metal current collector by roll welding, so as to form the negative electrode plate. The metal foil forms a tab of the negative electrode plate, and the foamed metal current collector includes a foamed metal layer of a porosity of 60% to 99%, and optionally 80% to 85%. The method reduces or avoids flying metal chips and cold solder joints, and improves mechanical strength and electrical conductivity of the electrode plate. This application also provides a negative electrode plate prepared by the method, a secondary battery containing the negative electrode plate, and an electrical device.

摘要: The present application provides a separator comprising a base film and a coating on the base film, wherein the coating comprises a ceramic layer partially embedded in the base film and a boehmite-like layer on the ceramic layer. The separator of the present application may effectively consume lithium dendrites, avoids the lithium dendrites from piercing the separator, and at the same time has a relatively low internal resistance. 摘要: The present application relates to a separator, comprising: two layers of substrate and a coating formed between the two layers of substrate, wherein the coating contains inorganic particles, and 30 wt% to 70 wt% of the inorganic particles have a surface coated with a coating layer, and 70 wt% to 30 wt% of the inorganic particles have an uncoated surface, based on the total weight of the inorganic particle. The separator may realize a high mechanical strength, a high wettability, and a good interfacial bonding, and may also effectively inhibit the growth of lithium dendrites, and thus improve the cycling performance of a secondary battery.

摘要: Some embodiments of this application disclose an electrode assembly, a battery cell, a battery, and an electrical device. The electrode assembly includes a positive electrode layer, a negative electrode layer, and an separator. The positive electrode layer, the negative electrode layer, and the separator are wound to form the electrode assembly. The separator wraps on both sides of each positive electrode layer and each negative electrode layer. A current collector of the negative electrode layer is made of a three-dimensional porous metal material. The negative electrode layer includes a first negative electrode section and a second negative electrode section extending along a winding direction and connected to each other. A winding start end of the second negative electrode section is substantially aligned with a winding termination end of the positive electrode layer. A thickness d2 of the second negative electrode section is less than a thickness d1 of the first negative electrode section. The technical solution hereof enables active sites in a porous metal material to match deposited metal ions of a positive electrode in a battery that uses a three-dimensional porous metal material as a negative electrode, avoids growth of spongy "dead" metal caused by excess active site space in the negative electrode, and in turn, improves the cycle performance and space utilization rate of the battery.
