Abstract: A silicon-carbon composite negative electrode material containing a lithium-rich long-chain composite salt, comprises a silicon-carbon composite material slurry and a lithium-rich long-chain composite salt. Each silicon-carbon composite material particle comprises an element-doped silicon-containing nanoparticle, a first carbon-based covering layer and a second carbon-based covering layer. The element-doped silicon-containing nanoparticle is a core, the first carbon-based covering layer is coated on a surface of the element-doped silicon-containing nanoparticle, the second carbon-based covering layer is coated on the first carbon-based covering layer. The lithium-rich long-chain composite salt comprises a plurality of composite ion bridging structures. A method for preparing the silicon-carbon composite negative electrode material containing a lithium-rich long-chain composite salt is further provided.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method of manufacturing a dry-processed electrode and a dry-processed electrode and use thereof. In the method, a new binder formulation including a main adhesive and a glue liquid containing a dispersion binder and an aqueous binder is used. The main adhesive and a raw material are dryly mixed to form a first dry material, and then the first dry material is dispersed by adding the glue liquid, and resulted second dry material is pulverized to obtain a powder after the main binder is fibrillized. The powder is calendered to obtain the dry-processed electrode.

Abstract: This application provides an electrochemical device and an electronic device containing the electrochemical device. A negative electrode plate of the electrochemical device contains no negative active material, but a ceramic coating layer is applied onto two surfaces of the negative current collector in a thickness direction of the negative current collector. The ceramic coating layer facilitates Li + to deposit evenly on the negative current collector to form a lithium metal layer during charging of the electrochemical device. Therefore, the lithium metal layer is formed between the negative current collector and the ceramic coating layer, and the lithium metal layer is uniform and dense, and the ceramic coating layer can also absorb lithium dendrites. In this way, the thickness space that is originally reserved for disposing the negative active material is vacated. In the vacated thickness space, an inexpensive positive active material can be added onto the positive electrode plate to increase the energy density of the electrochemical device. Moreover, the ceramic coating layer is more cost-efficient than the negative active material layer. By this means, the production cost of the electrochemical device is reduced effectively.
