摘要： The present invention is in the fields of medicine, public health, immunology, molecular biologyand virology. The invention provides composition comprising a virus-like particle (VLP) linked to atleast one antigen, wherein said antigen is CCR5 PNt domain comprising one looped peptidic structure. The invention also provides a process for producing the composition. The compositions ofthis invention are useful in the production of vaccines, in particular, for the prevention and treatment of HIV infection. Moreover, the compositions of the invention induce efficient immune responses, in particular antibody responses.
