摘要： A vulcanizable fluoroelastomer composition from which a vulcanizate reduced in compression set can be produced in a short time and which is excellent in molding stability and suitability for kneading. It comprises a fluoroelastomer having C-H bonds in the polymer chain, a vulcanizing agent, and a vulcanization aid, wherein the optimum vulcanization time for the composition, T90 (min), and the compression set of the vulcanizate, CS (%), satisfy the following relationships (I) and (II): Relationship (I): CS ≤ -3.45Ln (T90) + 22.8-4 x 10-5 x MW, provided that 50,000 ≤ MW ≤ 200,000; and Relationship (II): CS ≤ 3.45Ln (T¿90?) + 14.8, provided that 200,000 ≤ MW.

摘要： A process for producing a fluoropolymer which comprises polymerizing one or more radical-polymerizable monomers comprising at least one fluoroolefin monomer in the presence of a free-radical polymerization initiator and optionally of an inactive fluorocarbon and a chain transfer agent in a polymerization system where at least one of the components thereof is in a supercritical state. By the process, the polymer is prevented from undergoing generation of unstable terminal groups or a decrease in purity, and a complicated post-treatment, etc. are eliminated.

摘要： A process for producing difluoromethane and 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane comprising the steps of: (1) reacting methylene chloride and 1,1,2-trichloroethylene with hydrogen fluoride in a first reactor in a gas phase in the presence of a fluorination catalyst and 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane, and (2) reacting 1,1,1-trifluorochloroethane with hydrogen fluoride in a second reactor in a gas phase in the presence of a fluorination catalyst, and supplying a reaction mixture formed in the second reactor to the first reactor. This process makes it possible to obtain HFC-32 at a high conversion and a high selectivity by fluorinating HCC-30 by using, in common, a large amount (excess) of hydrogen fluoride necessary for producing HFC-134a.
