摘要: An object is to provide a binder capable of improving battery performance. Further, an object is to provide a binder, in an electrode using a polytetrafluoroethylene resin, capable of reducing resistance and achieving high strength of the electrode. A binder including a mixed powder including a polytetrafluoroethylene resin and a single-walled carbon nanotube. A method for producing a binder, including homogeneously mixing a polytetrafluoroethylene resin dispersion and a single-walled carbon nanotube dispersion by using water as a dispersion solvent, followed by drying to form a mixed powder.
