    摘要: Provided is a method for preparing a Y type molecular sieve having a high silica-to-alumina ratio, comprising: mixing deionized water, a silicon source, an aluminum source, an alkali source, and a tetraalkylammoniumcation source as a template agent to obtain an initial gel mixture; after aging the initial gel mixture at an appropriate temperature, feeding the gel mixture into a high pressure synthesis kettle for crystallization; separating a solid product, and drying to obtain the Y type molecular sieve having a high silica-to-alumina ratio. The method provides a phase-pure Y type molecular sieve having a high crystallinity, the SiO 2 /Al 2 O 3 thereof being not less than 6.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for preparing a NaY molecular sieve having a high silica-to-alumina ratio, wherein deionized water, a silicon source, an aluminum source, an alkali source, and ILs as a template agent are mixed to obtain an initial gel mixture; the initial gel mixture is maintained at a proper temperature and aged, then fed into a high pressure synthesis kettle for crystallization; the solid product is separated and dried, to obtain the NaY molecular sieve having a high silica-to-alumina ratio, wherein the ILs is a short-chain alkylimidazolium ionic liquid. The template agent used in the method of the invention is less volatile, and the resultant high-silicon Y molecular sieve has a high crystallinity and a silica-to-alumina ratio of 6 or more.

    摘要: The present application discloses a method for preparing a hierarchical porous TS-1 molecular sieve, which uses a silicon-titanium ester polymer as both titanium source and silicon source. In the method, silicon and titanium are uniformly connected to a same polymer, and the hydrolysis rates thereof are equivalent during hydrolysis, which can prevent TiO 2 precipitation and reduce the generation of non-framework titanium. Further, the silicon-titanium ester polymer is not only used as both silicon source and titanium source, but also can be used as mesoporous template in the synthesis process. The obtained TS-1 molecular sieve has mesoporous structure with narrow pore size distribution, which plays an important role in promoting the application of TS-1 molecular sieve in the field of catalysis.

    摘要: The present application discloses a method for preparing hierarchical porous titanium-silicon TS-1 molecular sieve, wherein a titanate polyester polyol is used as titanium source. In the method, titanium is connected to a polymer, which makes titanium more difficult to hydrolyze, prevent the TiO 2 precipitation and reduce the formation of non-framework titanium. In addition that such new type of the titanate polyester polyol acts as the titanium source during the synthesis process, the titanate polyester polyol can also be used as mesoporous template.
