The display cabinet (1) also comprises ventilation means (4) and cooling means (5), placed within the first technical compartment (22) in order to intercept, cool and force the recovery air flow (Fr) recovered by the recovery mouth (212). The shelves of each series of shelves (31, 32) are vertically spaced and between them define conveyance openings (300) air connected to the central suction channel (30) in order to flow at least part of the delivery air flows (Fm) coming from the delivery mouths (211) towards the central suction channel (30).

    The first real time (tr1) is subsequent to the second real time (tr2) in order to at least partially overlap the first cooling step and the second cooling step.

    摘要: Refrigerator system (1) which comprises at least one refrigeration station (2), provided with at least one compressor (21), a plurality of refrigerated displays (3), and each of which comprises at least one evaporator (31) and a refrigerated chamber (32), susceptible of containing products to be preserved. The refrigerator system (1) also comprises a refrigeration circuit (4), selectively placed to connect between the compressor (21) and the evaporators (31), at least one logic control unit (5), connected to the compressor (21) in order to cool a corresponding refrigerated display (3) for a predetermined cooling time period. The refrigerator system (1) also comprises two or more sensors (6), configured for detecting corresponding operative parameters and sending a plurality of signals to the logic control unit (5) corresponding to the operative parameters, and such sensors (6) are selected from among: a contact sensor (61), a temperature sensor (62), a pressure sensor (63), a movement sensor (64), a volumetric sensor (65), a thermal camera (66), a people-counted sensor (67).
    The logic control unit (5) is placed in communication with the plurality of sensors (6) in order to receive the signals from the sensors (6) and comprises at least one calculation unit (51), configured for calculating, on the basis of the aforesaid signals, an additional time beyond the cooling time.
