    摘要: The present application relates to the technical field of food storage, in particular to a storage apparatus, a storage method and device thereof and a storage cabinet. The storage apparatus comprises a storage unit having a storage space; a gas supply part, being in fluid communication with the storage space so as to adjust gas parameters in the storage space; and an operation member, adapted to drive the storage unit to operate on the basis of the gas parameters in the storage space so as to realize fluid communication between the storage space and the outside. The storage apparatus can adjust the gas concentration in the storage space, thus matching storage conditions for different food and realizing pressure relief of the storage space. When the storage apparatus is applied to the field of food alive-keeping storage, the alive period of food can be prolonged by adjusting the gas concentration and the gas pressure in the storage space.
