摘要： A process for oxidizing organic compounds is disclosed. Hydrogen peroxide is used to oxidize an oxidizable organic substrate in the presence of a silica-modified titania/silica-containing catalyst. A method for preparing a catalyst using a copolymer of diethoxysilane and ethyl titanate is also disclosed.
