摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing a thrombocyte preparation (27) that is low in leucocytes and erythrocytes from a thrombocyte concentrate (26) containing leucocytes and a residual proportion of erythrocytes. The thrombocyte concentrate (26) is initially centrifuged. The thrombocyte concentrate is subsequently filtered using a leucocyte depletion filter (21), beginning with the centrifugal supernatant. The proportion of erythocytes in the thrombocyte concentrate (26) to be filtered is monitored (16) before passing through to the leucocyte depletion filter (21). The entire filter process is terminated when a specific proportion of erythrocytes is obtained.
