摘要: A container (58) constitutes a platelet separator (tertiary separator (42)) separating a platelet-containing component into platelets and another component by applying a centrifugal force. An inflow portion (77α) configured to allow the platelet-containing component to flow into a third chamber (52) and configured to allow a platelet additive solution to flow in and an accommodating portion (54a) accommodating the platelets are disposed in the container (58). Also disposed in the container (58) are an opening (78a) of an outflow port (78) allowing at least an outflow of the other component and an opening (79a) of a recovery port (79) disposed in a place different than the opening (78a) and recovering the platelets and the platelet additive solution.

摘要: The present invention aims to provide a hollow fiber membrane module capable of producing washed platelets having a low total protein amount and a high total platelet count from a platelet suspension. The present invention provides a hollow fiber membrane module for washing platelets by removal of impurities from a platelet suspension, comprising: a housing having a platelet suspension inlet, washed platelet outlet, and filtrate outlet; and a hollow fiber membrane for filtering the platelet suspension, wherein pores through which the platelets do not pass, while the impurities pass, are formed, which hollow fiber membrane is arranged inside the housing; wherein the capacity of the inlet-side space which communicates with the platelet suspension inlet and stores the platelet suspension before being filtered through the hollow fiber membrane in the housing is 30 to 400 mL, and the module water permeability is 50 to 300 mL/Pa/hr.
