    摘要: A method for detecting service life of a pre-crosslinked material for high-voltage alternating-current cable insulation, comprising: taking a new pre-crosslinked material and carrying out tabletting to obtain a crosslinked polyethylene, measuring the cross-linking degree, mechanical properties and dielectric properties of the crosslinked polyethylene, and taking the measurement results as reference values; carrying out heating for accelerated aging of the pre-crosslinked material, measuring the crosslinking degree, mechanical properties and dielectric properties of a crosslinked polyethylene obtained by tabletting of the pre-crosslinked material that undergoes accelerated aging, and comparing the measurement results with the reference values; when the results fall within an error allowable range, prolonging a heating duration according to a preset step length until the results does not completely fall within the error allowable range; according to a calculation formula of a decomposition rate of a cross-linking agent and a calculation formula of the change of a half-life period along with the temperature, subtracting the step length from the heating duration and then converting into a normal-temperature duration, and obtaining the storage life of the pre-crosslinked material; and carrying out heating for accelerated aging of the pre-crosslinked material, taking the crosslinking degree, mechanical properties and dielectric properties as activity standards, and calculating the storage life of the pre-crosslinked material according to the decomposition rate and the half-life period of the crosslinking agent.

    摘要: The present invention relates to the technical field of high voltage and insulation and discloses a cross-linking performance consistency characterization method for 500 kV cross-linked polyethylene cable insulation material. The characterization method includes the following steps: (1) preparing a standard sample: fully stirring and mixing low-density polyethylene and dicumyl peroxide at 63-67°C, and standing to fully diffuse the dicumyl peroxide into the low-density polyethylene; (2) testing, by using a torque rheometer, a cross-linking reaction kinetic curve of the standard sample and a sample to be tested; and (3) eliminating, by using a standard sample transformation method, a difference introduced due to different test places into the cross-linking reaction kinetic curves of the sample. By using the method, cross-linking reaction properties of the 500 kV cross-linked polyethylene cable insulation material are effectively characterized, thereby solving the problem of accurate comparison of results at different test places.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for evaluating a degassing effect of a cross-linked polyethylene cable, comprising: acquiring a cable sample to be detected; heating the cable sample to be detected, so as to obtain a transparent cable sample to be detected in which an insulating layer of the cable sample to be detected is in a transparent state; under a darkroom condition, acquiring at least one light spot image of said transparent cable sample under irradiation of a monochromatic laser light source; extracting light intensity data of the at least one light spot image in a preset light spot image range; normalizing the light intensity data, and obtaining the maximum value and an average value of normalized light intensity coefficients of said transparent cable sample in a preset thickness range of the insulating layer; calculating a degassing uniformity coefficient according to the maximum value and the average value; and obtaining an evaluation result of the degassing effect of the cross-linked polyethylene cable according to the maximum value, the average value, and the degassing uniformity coefficient. By means of embodiments of the present invention, the degassing effect of the cross-linked polyethylene cable can be efficiently and quickly evaluated, and the accuracy is relatively high.
