Abstract:
An orbital cutting machine for tubes, comprising a rotary support (2) through which a tube (T) to be cut may be advanced, a pair of cutting heads (4) to cut a tube (T) passing through the annular support (2), and a pair of swinging arms (6) applied to the support (2), each of which supporting a respective cutting head (4) and hinged to the rotary support (2) to move the respective cutting head (4) towards and away from the tube (T). Each cutting head (4) is mounted on the respective swinging arm (6) in an adjustable way at least around one adjustment axis (Z).
Abstract:
A device for adjusting cutting depth for the removal of weld beads inside profile sections such as tubes and the like, comprising a supporting frame (1) of an elongated shape and transverse dimensions suitable for enabling it to be contained inside a profile section or tube (2), the supporting frame (1) being associated, at one end thereof, with an arm or external rod, the device being characterized in that it comprises: - a plurality of rolling elements (3) associated with the supporting frame (1) at a pre-established mutual distance in a longitudinal direction and that partially project out from the body of the same supporting frame and are capable of coming into contact with the inner surface of the profile section or tube (2) in a zone that is diametrically opposite the one whereon the internal weld bead (4) lies; - at least two rollers (5), which are idle, arranged longitudinally at a pre-established distance from each other, and mounted on small frames (6) that are movable in transverse directions with respect to the longitudinal axis of the supporting frame (1) from an active position, wherein the rollers (5) are in contact with the inner surface of the profile section or tube (2) in the proximity of the internal weld bead (4), to an inactive position, wherein the rollers (5) are not in contact with this inner surface of the profile section or tube (2). The rollers being commanded to shift transversely by a control mechanism having inclined surfaces (7).
Abstract:
A cutting-off machine, comprising a cutting unit (2) being enabled to receive a tube (100) and to cut the tube (100) according to a plane transversal to a longitudinal axis (X) of the tube (100), movement means (8) enabled to grip stably a length (S) of cut tube (100) and move said length (S) away from the cutting unit (2) along a direction of advance (A) of the tube (100), and a cutting-off device (5) interposed between said cutting unit (2) and said movement means (8) and configured to realise cutting off of an inner welding seam (200) floating inside said tube (100).
Abstract:
Operating unit for a roll forming machine, comprising a cage (10), configured for being connected to a base (B), and a stack (G), comprising: at least two rollers (R1,R2), rotating around axes (X1,X2) which are horizontal and perpendicular to a direction of advancement (A) of the roll forming machine; an upper support (21), which supports a first roller (R1); a lower support (22), which supports a second roller (R2); an intermediate support (23), interposed between the upper support (21) and the lower support (22); coupling means (31,32), structured for constraining to each other the upper support (21), the lower support (22) and the intermediate support (23) with the sole possibility of vertically translating one with respect to the other; the upper support (21) and the lower support (22) are movable between a working position, in which they are spaced apart from the intermediate support (23), and a changing position, in which the upper support (21) rests on the intermediate support (23) which, in turn, rests on the lower support (22).
