摘要: In a work vehicle such as a tractor, efficiency of a transmission path and operability can be enhanced while lighter weight and reduced cost can be achieved. The work vehicle includes an engine 5 mounted on a traveling body 2, a straight-traveling system transmission path including a first stepless transmission device 17, and a turning system transmission path including a second stepless transmission device 13, and is configured to combine an output of the straight-traveling system transmission path and an output of the turning system transmission path to drive left and right traveling units 3. The work vehicle also includes control sections 813 and 814 that control the output of the straight-traveling system transmission path and the output of the turning system transmission path in cooperation with each other; a transmission operation tool 822 that specifies the output of the straight-traveling system transmission path; and a detector 823 that detects the output of the straight-traveling system transmission path. The control sections 813 and 814 select one of an instruction value from the transmission operation tool 822 and an actually measured value from the detector 823 and sets the output of the turning system transmission path.

摘要: A drive unit provided with a power transmission path interlockingly connecting an engine (E) to left and right sprockets (12L, 12R), which are adapted to drive left and right crawlers (11) of left and right traveling parts (1L, 1R), via a non-stage traveling transmission (21) and an auxiliary traveling transmission unit (28) capable of changing the speed of a working vehicle in a plurality of stages. The power transmission path is provided with a non-stage steering transmission (20), left and right steering transmission units (48L, 48R) and left and right planetary gears (40L, 40R) all of which are adapted to be operated for speed change in accordance with a turning operation of a steering wheel (7). This construction enables a pivot turn and a spin turn of a working vehicle body to be made, the swinging performance of the working vehicle to be improved, the maneuvering of the vehicle to be done easily, and the construction of the drive unit to be simplified. It also becomes possible for the vehicle body to travel in a speed range which cannot be covered by the non-stage traveling transmission alone, and reduce the fuel consumption by lowering an output rotational frequency of the non-stage traveling transmission during a high-speed travel of the vehicle on a road.

摘要: A system and process for operating a track trencher excavation machine includes multiple mode propulsion and steering controls that perform a plurality of functions depending on a selection of one of a plurality of operational modes. A computer modifies the functions of the multiple mode propulsion and steering controls depending on a selected operational mode, and coordinates propulsion of the engine and track drives of a track trencher in response to signals produced by the propulsion and steering controls. A display communicates status, fault, and other information to an operator during track trencher operation. Operator presence within a control area of the track trencher is monitored. Excavation and track trencher operation is interrupted upon detection of an operator leaving the control area. Automatic shutdown of the engine preferably occurs upon detection of one of a plurality of severe anomalous operating conditions.

摘要: A differential device comprises a drive shaft (5), a pair of cones (6) coupled to said drive shaft (5) so as to rotate at the same speed, and a pair of wheel shafts (2). Conical surfaces (6a) of said cones (6) are each positioned in parallel to the axis of the corresponding wheel shafts (2). A pair of ring wheels (4) are fitted on said wheel shafts (2) respectively in such a manner that said ring wheels (4) are fixed thereto in the rotational direction while being slidable in the axial direction. The ring wheels (4) are transmissively driven by contact with outer conical surfaces (6a) of the left and right cones (6) respectively. A steering mechanism (a) is provided for moving said ring wheels (4) axially of said wheel shafts (2) in synchronism with the operational adjustment of the steering mechanism. A pair of first brake teeth (91) are provided on the ring wheels (4) respectively and, a pair of second brake teeth (90) are fixedly attached to the casing (1) of the device. When one of the ring wheels (4) moves over a smaller-diameter end of the corresponding cone (6), and loses contact with the corresponding conical surface (6a), the other ring wheel (4) maintains driven contact with a larger-diameter of the other cone (6). On further movement in this direction the brake teeth (91) of the one ring wheel (4) mesh with the corresponding brake teeth (90) while the other ring wheel (4) continues to be driven by a larger-diameter of the other cone (6).
