    摘要： A roller mill (1 ) for grinding particulate material, such as cement raw materials, cement clinker and similar materials has a rotatable grinding table (2) with a substantially vertical centreline (3), and a number of rollers (4) being configured for interactive operation with the grinding table (2) and turning about separate roller shafts (5) which are fixed to a rotatable centre shaft (6) with a substantially vertical centreline (3). The centre shaft (6) and the grinding table (2) are fixed one to the rotor (7) and the other to the stator (8) of one and same electric motor (9). Thus, one and the same electric motor (9) has the capability to rotate the grinding table (2) as well as the centre shaft (6).
