Die Erfindung betrifft einen Aufbau zur Erwärmung, insbesondere zur Trocknung, eines Bauteils (3, 4, 5, 6) eines Gebäudes (1), wobei das Bauteil insbesondere eine Wand (6) und/oder ein Boden (3, 4) und/oder eine Decke (4)ist, aufweisend ein Heizsystem (11) und eine diffusionsoffene Dämmung (12, 13), wobei das Heizsystem (11) derart ausgebildet ist, dass durch vom Heizsystem bereitgestellte Wärme eine Erwärmung des Bauteils (3, 4, 5, 6) bewirkt werden kann und wobei die diffusionsoffene Dämmung (12, 13) derart angeordnet oder anordenbar ist, dass ein Wärmetransport der vom Heizsystem (11) bereitgestellten Wärme in die heizsystemseitige Umgebung des Bauteils (3, 4, 5, 6) reduziert werden kann. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass das Heizsystem eine elektrische Widerstandsheizung ist, die in direktem Kontakt zum Bauteil gebracht werden kann.

The vapour barrier of the invention can effect water vapour exchange in various environmental conditions. This is accomplished by the use as the essential material of a material having a water vapour diffusion resistance depending on the environmental humidity and also had adequate tensile and tear strength.
