摘要: The invention relates to a rubber-based soundproofing material. The vulcanised rubber mixture consists of the following components: - a rubber or rubber blend; -a heavy metal and/or its alloys and/or its oxides and/or its salts in powder form, in addition to conventional mixing ingredients. The inventive material is characterised by a rubber mixture based on non-blended chlorobutyl rubber, bromobutyl rubber or acrylate rubber; or nitrile rubber or styrene-butadiene rubber, both of which are blended with epoxidised natural rubber. The rubber mixture has the following proportions: 10-50 wt. % rubber or rubber blend, 85-40 wt. % heavy metal and/or its alloys and/or its oxides and/or its salts, 5-10 wt. % mixing ingredients. The inventive rubber material based on bromobutyl rubber and Fe powder (curves a and b) is compared with sheet metal (curves c and d).

摘要: The invention relates to an electrode element for plasma torches and a method for producing such electrode elements. The aim of the invention is to reduce production costs while increasing the life span, wherefore the inventive electrode element for plasma torches is provided with at least one core which forms the actual electrode that is connected as a cathode, and which is made of a metal or metal alloy having a smaller work function. Said core is surrounded by a shell part that is made of a metal or metal alloy having a greater work function and thermal conductivity. A graded border layer which is formed by mixed crystals of the two metals or metal alloys, or an intermediate layer between the core surface and the shell part, which is made of another metal or metal alloy having a greater work function than the core material, is provided between the core surface and the shell part. Said border layers of the intermediate layer form a graded transition.

摘要: The invention relates to nozzles for plasma torches that are essentially made of a metal or of a metal alloy. The nozzles are subjected to an increased amount of wearing, in particular, when operating plasma torches of this type during cutting processes involving the use of oxygen whereby requiring the nozzles to be frequently exchanged. The aim of the invention is thus to lengthen the serviceable life of these nozzles. To this end, the invention provides that wear-resistant microparticles of a hard material, preferably of a ceramic hard material, are embedded in the metal or the metal alloy at least in areas. The nozzles can be advantageously produced by extrusion.
