摘要: The present invention provides a catalyst structure for synthesis gas production, said catalyst structure being capable of maintaining excellent catalytic activity for a longer period of time, while being capable of efficiently producing a synthesis gas that contains carbon monoxide and hydrogen. This catalyst structure 1 for synthesis gas production is used for the production of a synthesis gas that contains carbon monoxide and hydrogen, and this catalyst structure 1 is provided with: a carrier 10 that has a porous structure, while being configured from a zeolite type compound; first catalyst particles 20 that contain one or more iron group elements which are selected from the group consisting of nickel (Ni), iron (Fe) and cobalt (Co); and second catalyst particles 30 that contain one or more platinum group elements which are selected from the group consisting of platinum (Pt), palladium (Pd), rhodium (Rh) and ruthenium (Ru). This catalyst structure 1 for synthesis gas production has passages 11, which are in communication with each other, within the carrier 10; the first catalyst particles 20 are present at least in the passages 11 of the carrier 10; and the second catalyst particles 30 are present at least either inside the carrier 10 or on the outer surface of the carrier 10.

The synthesis gas production catalyst structure 1 for use in producing a synthesis gas comprising carbon monoxide and hydrogen, the synthesis gas production catalyst structure 1 including: supports 10 each having a porous structure and including a zeolite-type compound; and at least one catalytic material 20 present in the supports 10, in which each of the supports 10 has channels 11 communicating with one another, each of the supports 10 has a ratio (L/d ratio) of long side dimension L to thickness dimension d of 5.0 or more, and the catalytic material 20 is present at least in the channel 11 of each of the supports 10.

摘要: The present invention provides a catalyst structure for synthesis gas production, a synthesis gas production device, and a method for producing a catalyst structure for synthesis gas production, which allow the efficient production of a synthesis gas that can maintain excellent catalyst activity over a long period and that includes carbon monoxide and hydrogen. A catalyst structure 1 for synthesis gas production is used to produce a synthesis gas that includes carbon monoxide and hydrogen, the structure including: a carrier 10 with a porous structure that comprises a zeolite-type compound; first catalyst particles 20 that contain at least one iron-group element selected from the group consisting of nickel, iron, and cobalt; and a second catalyst 30 that contains at least one transition metal element with redox capacity. The carrier 10 includes, inside thereof, mutually communicating passages 11; the first catalyst particles 20 are present at least in the passages 11 of the carrier 10; and the second catalyst 30 is present at least in the interior or on an outer surface of the carrier 10.
