    摘要: A device for planing tubes made from plastic comprises an upper piece (2) with a cutter block (48) and a lower piece (4), which may be adjusted relative to each other, whereupon the device may be tightened on tubes of varying diameters and whereby on rotating the device about the tube retained between the upper piece (2) and the lower piece (4), by means of the cutter block (48), a layer can be removed from the surface of the tube. According to the invention, the device is embodied such that a compact and easily manipulated form is achieved with a simple and reliable construction, whereby the lower piece (4) is arranged to pivot about a pivot axis (6) relative to the upper piece (2), the upper piece (2) and the lower piece (4) may be adjusted relative to each other essentially perpendicular to the pivot axis (6) and that locking elements (12, 14) are provided by means of which the lower piece (4) may be locked in given positions relative to the upper piece (2).
