摘要: This disclosure relates to the field of a Head up display system technology, and more particularly to a Head up display system for image display with a transparent nano film, and the disclosure specifically provides a Head up display system capable of eliminating deficiencies of Head up display images such as being reddish or yellowish. The Head up display system includes a projection light source, laminated glass, and a transparent nano film. The transparent nano film includes at least one laminated structure consisting of a high refractive-index layer/a low refractive-index layer, where the high refractive-index layer/the low refractive-index layer is deposited sequentially outwards from the surface of the inner glass pane. The projection light source is configured to generate P-polarized light. A ratio of near-red light reflectivity R1 at wavelengths ranging from 580 nm to 680 nm of the laminated glass with the transparent nano film to near-blue light reflectivity R2 at wavelengths ranging from 420 nm to 470 nm of the laminated glass with the transparent nano film is R1/R2=1.0~2.0. In the disclosure, deficiencies of Head up display images such as being reddish or yellowish can be eliminated, to generate the Head up display images in neutral color, and thus the Head up display images can be more colorful to implement full-color display. Furthermore, full-color display can also be implemented at a lower cost, thereby reducing a cost of a selected projection light source.

The window glass has a visible light transmittance greater than or equal to 70%. The window glass has a total solar energy transmittance less than or equal to 50%. The window glass in the disclosure has a good thermal insulation effect, thereby satisfying the usage requirements of thermal comfort.

摘要: Head-up display (HUD) glass and a head-up display system are provided in the disclosure. The Head-up display glass includes an outer surface and an inner surface opposite to the outer surface. A transparent nanofilm used for reflecting P-polarized light is disposed on the inner surface, and the transparent nanofilm includes a first high-refractive-index-layer, a second high-refractive-index-layer, a first low-refractive-index-layer, a third high-refractive-index-layer, and a second low-refractive-index-layer which are sequentially stacked on the inner surface. A refractive index of each of the first high-refractive-index-layer, the second high-refractive-index-layer, and the third high-refractive-index-layer is greater than 1.8, and a refractive index of each of the first low-refractive-index-layer and the second low-refractive-index-layer is less than or equal to 1.8. The technical solutions of the disclosure can solve the problem that a HUD image presented by the traditional head-up display glass is not clear, so that a driver or passenger can see a clearer HUD image, improving visual comfort and user experience.

摘要: A vehicle window assembly and a vehicle are provided in the present disclosure. A guide rail defines an accommodating space that has an opening facing a glass plate. A mounting member defines a mounting hole in communication with the accommodating space. The connecting member has one end connected to the glass plate, and the other end penetrating through the mounting hole. Therefore, the glass plate, the connecting member, and the mounting member can be structurally integrated, which is beneficial to improving structural stability of the glass plate, the connecting member, and the mounting member. On this basis, only by disposing at least part of the mounting member in the accommodating space, assembly between the guide rail and the glass plate, the connecting member, and the mounting member can be realized, thereby effectively improving assembly efficiency of the vehicle window assembly. In addition, since the glass plate, the connecting member, and the mounting member are structurally integrated, connecting gaps between various components of the vehicle window assembly can be further reduced, and moisture is prevented from entering through joints, which is beneficial to improving a waterproof performance of an internal structure of the vehicle window assembly, thereby improving quality of the vehicle window assembly.

The laminated glass includes: an inner glass plate, an interlayer film and an outer glass plate, in which a side of the inner glass plate away from the interlayer film is provided with a first transparent nano-coating for reflecting P-polarized light, the first transparent nano-coating includes at least one stacked structure composed of a high-refractive-index material layer and a low-refractive-index material layer which are sequentially deposited outwards from a surface of the inner glass plate, a second transparent nano-coating includes dielectric layers and electrically conductive layers, and each of the electrically conductive layers is sandwiched between two of the dielectric layers; the high-refractive-index material layer has a refractive index greater than or equal to 1.9, the low-refractive-index material layer has a refractive index less than or equal to 1.8, and the laminated glass has a P-polarized light reflectivity greater than or equal to 16% at an incident angle of 65°. The present disclosure can improve both the P-polarized light reflectivity of the laminated glass and the smoothness of a P-polarized light reflection spectrum of the laminated glass, and can improve a brightness and a display comfort of a head-up display system using the laminated glass.

摘要: The present invention relates to the technical field of head-up display, and particularly relates to a head-up display system for an automobile. The head-up display system comprises a projection light source and laminated glass, and further comprises a transparent nanofilm; said film comprises at least two dielectric layers and at least one metallic layer; the projection light source is used for generating p-polarized light; the p-polarized light is incident on a surface of an internal glass panel distal to an intermediate film, said light having an angle of incidence of 42 to 72 degrees, such that the transparent nanofilm can reflect part of the incident p-polarized light. The present invention markedly improves display quality and is suitable for high-definition image display. The structure and processes of the invention is quite simple. Head-up display functionality of high quality can be achieved merely by installing a projection light source capable of generating p-polarized light on a vehicle having a front windshield provided with a transparent nanofilm; thus the cost involved is extremely low. By combining various transparent nanofilm structures, monochrome display, multi-color display, and even full-color display may be achieved.
