摘要:
Metal foam body obtainable by applying one or more layers of molten metal to an open-cell nonmetallic substrate and the molten metal penetrating into the open cells of the nonmetallic substrate to form a metal foam body, the metallic component of which has at least partially penetrated into the open-cell nonmetallic substrate. The open-cell metal foam body is produced by a method in which an open-cell nonmetallic substrate is prepared and provided with a molten metal and the molten metal penetrates into the open cells of the open-cell nonmetallic substrate. The metal foam bodies can be used in many areas of technology.

摘要:
The invention relates to a method for the production of a multi-layered surface protection for reinforced concrete in order to improve protection against corrosion for reinforced concrete constructions or reinforced concrete building components. Said multi-layered surface protection comprises a first layer made of zinc which is injected into the reinforced concrete and is connected to the metal reinforcement of the reinforced concrete in an electrically conductive manner, and a second layer made of polymer material. Said method is characterised in that the second layer which is made of low viscose polymers is applied to the first layer which is made of zinc, in the form of a closed film, and a surface protection layer is applied to the second layer. The invention also relates to a multi-layered surface protection for reinforced concrete in order to improve protection against corrosion for reinforced concrete constructions or reinforced concrete building components which can be driven, by means of layers disposed on the surface of the reinforced concrete and which is obtained according to said method.

Disclosed is a method for interconnecting parts which are made of materials that are impossible or difficult to solder by means of tin-based solder or connecting said parts to parts made of materials that are easy to solder. The inventive method is characterized by the fact one or several metallic adhesive layers is/are applied at least to partial areas which are to be connected and are made of materials that are impossible or difficult to solder, one of said adhesive layers forming a top adhesive layer. At least said top adhesive layer can be soldered by means of tin-based solder.

The invention is directed to a method for arc or beam brazing/welding of workpieces (A) made of steel, cast iron, nickel, cadmium, beryllium, titanium, molybdenum, magnesium, aluminum, copper, lead, zinc, tin, hard metal and alloys thereof with workpieces (B) made of steel, cast iron, nickel, cadmium, beryllium, titanium, molybdenum, magnesium, aluminum, copper, lead, zinc, tin, hard metal and alloys thereof, wherein said workpieces (A) and (B) may consist of identical or different metals or metal alloys, using a fused additional metal alloy, characterized by the following steps: a) positioning the workpieces to be joined; b) fusing the additional metal alloy containing an SnZn, SnAg, SnZnAg, SnCu, SnCuAg, SnZnCu or SnZnCuAg alloy; c) applying the fused additional metal alloy on the contact surfaces or partial areas of the contact surfaces between the positioned workpieces; and d) cooling the joined workpieces; steps b) and c) being carried out one immediately after the other. The invention is also directed to a method of filling gaps or dents in sheet metal treatment and in bodywork construction and to a wire for use in said method.

The invention relates to a method for inert gas welding or inert gas soldering workpieces (A) made of steel, aluminum, magnesium, copper, or the alloys thereof with workpieces (B) made of steel, aluminum, magnesium, copper, or the alloys thereof by using an additional molten metal alloy, workpieces (A) and (B) being made of identical or different metals or metal alloys. The inventive method is characterized by the following steps: a) the workpieces that are to be connected are contacted edge to edge or in an overlapping manner; b) the additional metal alloy containing a Zn/Al alloy is fused; c) the additional molten metal alloy is applied to the contact points or partial areas of the contact points of the contacted workpieces; d) the connected workpieces are cooled. Steps b) and c) are carried out immediately after one another while at least steps b) and c) are carried out by using an inert gas. The invention further relates to a wire that is used in said method.

Disclosed are heat exchangers and flat solar thermal collector modules comprising support panels (1) made of zinc, copper, or aluminum, and capillary tubes (2) which are connected thereto at least in some partial areas by means of soldering and are made of a different material that is impossible or difficult to solder. The inventive heat exchangers and flat solar thermal collector modules are characterized by the fact that at least the interconnected partial areas which are made of a material that is impossible or difficult to soldier are provided with one or several adhesive layers (3), one of which forms a top layer. At least the top layer of said adhesive layers (3) can be soldered.
