    摘要: A transportation system comprises a continuous stationary track (3) having a pair of opposed rigid bearing surfaces, and a plurality of discrete cantilevered load-carrying vehicle units movable beside said track. Each vehicle is coupled to the track (3) by means of a bogie (2) having a linear arrangement of bogie wheels (4) running between the bearing surfaces. The bogie wheels (4) are mounted on mutually articulated frames (5) and have a diameter slightly less than the separation of the opposed bearing surfaces to allow limited pivoting movement of the frames (5) within the track (3). The adjacent articulated frames (5) are forcibly urged to pivot in opposite directions within the track (3) between the bearing surfaces such that bogie wheels (4) carried thereby forcibly and alternately engage the respective opposed bearing surfaces at at least three points to ensure a pre-loaded positive coupling between the bogie (2) and the track (3).

Les châssis à système articulé adjacents (5) sont contraints par force de pivoter dans des directions opposées sur le rail (3) entre les deux surfaces portantes, de telle sorte que les roues de bogie (4) que portent ces châssis s'engagent par force et alternativement avec les surfaces portantes respectivement opposées à au moins trois endroits, et ceci pour garantir un accouplement positif pré-chargé du bogie (2) avec le rail (3).
