摘要: A production system in which production efficiency and quality of a stack ring can be enhanced. A ring management system comprises a unit (200) for measuring the size (l, t) of a ring (w), a first carrying unit (400) for carrying a measured ring, a first stocker (500) for stocking rings carried in by means of the first carrying unit while sectioning into a plurality of places, a second carrying unit (600) for carrying out the rings from the first stocker and stacking, and a control unit (900). The control unit comprises means (908) for storing the size of the ring in correspondence with the stocking position in the first stocker, a first selection means (910) for selecting a ring (wj) constituting a stack ring based on the size stored in the storage means, and a first designation means (912) for designating the second carrying unit (600) to carry out a ring selected by the first selection means from the stocking position of the first stocker.

摘要: An assembly device for stacked ring, wherein the part data containing the data on the peripheral length values of ring parts (4) stored in a part storage house (10) is stored by the part data control means (15) of a computer (13), a combined trial calculation for the part data is performed by a calculation processing means (16) in multiple types of combination conditions to prepare the stack combination data formed by the combination of the part data for all layers of the stacked ring, the combination condition capable of providing the largest number of stacking combination data is adopted as an appropriate combination condition, and a set of ring parts forming the actually assembled stacked ring is selected from the stack combination data prepared in the appropriate combination condition and output to assemble the stacked ring, whereby more stacked rings can be provided efficiently to increase the productivity of the stacked ring.
